When you think of a Minnesota wedding, few think of winter, but when you are in love, it doesn't matter the season! You actually can get married for less and have a great experience. Most people feel cooped up in the winter and are likely begging for a chance to get out. Plus, when Stillwater has the ice castles up, you can get some pretty amazing shots. Winter weddings definitely have their perks!

FROZEN DEBUT

Our daughter has been obsessed with Frozen since it came out. So, when she saw me doing edits of this bridal session, she got so excited. Instantly, the bride and groom became famous to her. She wondered who they were and why they were at the ice castle doing pictures. Here is the reason... because it seriously so awesome! In Minnesota, we have this freezing cold weather to showcase the beauty of water in an amazing way!

I'VE GOT YOUR LOVE TO KEEP ME WARM

This couple is seriously so cute! They didn't mind cozying up to keep warm. The lovely Bride said she got used to the cold. The day we did the shoot, it was set to be a cold, snowy day, but it turned out to be one of the nicest days of winter.
